Positioned only a 100m walk to beautiful Shoal Bay, the Country Club, restaurants and cafes, this modern beach house is suitable for families, with open-plan living areas and a large rear alfresco entertaining area, all with views of the bay.

This luxurious seaside accommodation has been designed and positioned perfectly to take full advantage of the superb beach and bay sea breezes, with water views from all living areas and the alfresco deck.

The ground floor features an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a large 75-inch smart TV, stylish corner lounge, fully equipped kitchen with European appliances, stone bench tops and bar stools, and an outdoor dining and BBQ area. This level also has a bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite and its own TV.

The upper level features a master bedroom with a balcony, an ensuite and its own TV. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, while Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a queen bed. The upper level also includes a games and media room with sliding doors and a balcony overlooking Shoal Bay.

To enhance your stay, the accommodation is fully air-conditioned throughout, with free WiFi. LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED, and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas with decorative covers, blankets and pillows are also supplied.
